I have recently moved to the area and am excited to be building my practice here long term. I am committed to staying in this community for years to come and to developing ongoing relationships with my clients. Consistent care matters, and I believe the best results happen when treatment is built over time rather than rushed or one-off.

I am a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario, currently practicing at Erie Chiropractic Clinic. My approach to massage therapy is therapeutic and clinically focused, with treatments tailored to each person’s specific needs. I primarily work with clients who are dealing with injuries such as muscle strains, pulls, and tension—whether the issue is recent or something that has been bothering them for months or years.

My treatments include Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, and prenatal massage. Sessions are focused and goal-oriented, but always respectful of comfort levels and individual preferences. I take the time to listen, assess, and adjust treatment based on how your body is responding that day. Clear communication and consent are always a priority.

I strongly believe that massage therapy works best as part of a bigger picture. In addition to hands-on treatment in the clinic, I place an emphasis on home care. This may include simple stretches, movement tips, or self-care strategies to help support recovery between appointments. My goal is not just to help you feel better temporarily, but to give you tools that support long-term improvement and help prevent injuries from returning.

Working alongside chiropractic care allows for a well-rounded approach to injury recovery and pain management. Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing ongoing discomfort, or looking for structured therapeutic care, my focus is on helping you move better, feel stronger, and get back to your daily activities with confidence.
