If you have not been seen within 3 months, you will need to book an Initial Assessment. Appointments not following the guideline will be cancelled and you will have to rebook to allow sufficient time for an Initial Assessment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we would appreciate 24 hrs notice. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the full cost of your booking time.

Say Khounborind Graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2006. He has worked in the Niagara Region for almost 15 years. Say provides evidence-based and patient-centered care with manual therapy techniques, activity modification and exercises . He has extensive experience working with acute injuries, chronic pain, motor vehicle injuries, work-related injuries, sports injuries, post-surgical care, lifestyle restoration, orthotics and bracing.

Say provides positive support to his patients and an evidence-based approach to chiropractic care. He believes that every patient can improve their circumstances with therapy, the right attitude and some hard work.
